Speaking of authentic South Indian Chettinad food, we felt there was a void, especially in the Western New York region. The idea of bringing a South-Indian Chettinad Restaurant to this region sprang out of an impromptu evening conversation between Kali and Anto about mouthwatering South-Indian food!South-Indian food lovers had to travel several miles outside of the Western New York region to discover authentic South-Indian Chettinad delicacies. We felt compelled to bridge this gap in the best interest of not just the Indian community – in fact, we also wanted to create an opportunity for other foodies in this region to experience the magic of authentic Chettinad flavors.
Fast-forward to the present day, we feel ecstatic having launched the first ever South-Indian Chettinad restaurant in the Western New York region!
